If you have your orders in a
spreadsheet like Microsoft Excel then we have developed a solution
for you. Instead of having to manually type in every order you can
now save the spreadsheet as a CSV file (this is very simple*) and
then import the file directly into our system.
Shipping Manager then checks each
address is valid and then presents you with the best available
courier deals. You just need to click confirm for each and the
booking is placed directly with the appropriate courier. All without
you ever having to re-type any customer details.
What's more, our system allows
you to upload a CSV file in any format. When you create a free
account with us you will be asked, for the first time, to tell us in
which columns in your spreadsheet our software can find each element
of the order. For example, if you tell us that the first column
shows the customer's name, the second is their postcode, the third
is their address, fourth is their town, etc then this is exactly how
your spreadsheet will be read when it is imported.
To get started just create a
free account by clicking here.
